The rate for Rivendell House is R5 800.00 per night.
Rivendell House is booked out in it’s entirety, the entire house, we do not take bookings for single rooms or part thereof. And it is self catering.
You get the entire house, 4 bedrooms sleeping 8 people.
The house is booked out in its entirety, 4 bedrooms sleeping 8 people. Your stay entitles you to use of the farm.
Additional guests, with sufficient notice, may be accommodated at R195.00 each per night.
Please also note:
- The house is provided in a clean state, all the dishes and linen provided are clean and sanitized.
- Any additional cleaning and laundry services required to return these to the same condition will be subtracted from your deposit.
- The house is not serviced at all during or after your stay.
- Any damages will be subtracted from your deposit.

Cancellation Policy:
- 28 days or more before arrival – full deposit returned
- 15 – 27 days before arrival – 75% deposit retained
- 0 -14 days before arrival – full deposit retained
- Any booking paid for, and is cancelled for whatever reason, is subject to a 5% handling fee.
Terms Of Payment: We require a 50% electronic deposit to confirm your booking, and the balance electronically deposited and to clear through our banking account before arrival. No refund of monies deposited if there is a “no show”. Any cash deposited will accrue the relevant cash handling fees and will be added to your quotation or reservation without notification, of which will also need to clear though our bank account prior to arrival.
Please try and confirm early to avoid dissappointment as this venue is extremely popular.
We do have a credit/debit card facility, as well as Zapper should you require to purchase anything, such as firewood, etc.
